Our coffees are lab-tested for mycotoxins, heavy metals, mould and yeast. Testing is one part of our approach, alongside flavour, origin and a roast that suits each coffee.

Each product page shares its origin, roast level, processing method and tasting notes. Those notes describe the character of the coffee, rather than added flavourings.
A note on decaf.
Our Indonesian decaf uses the Swiss Water Process. Decaffeinated coffee can still contain a small amount of caffeine.
