What does lab-tested mean?
Our coffees are lab-tested for mycotoxins, heavy metals, mould and yeast. Testing is part of our approach alongside origin, flavour and roasting. Contact us if you would like to ask about a specific coffee.
Whole bean or ground?
Choose whole bean if you have a grinder and enjoy grinding just before brewing. Choose ground for convenience. If you need a particular grind for your brewing method, ask us before ordering.
Is your decaf completely caffeine-free?
Our Indonesian decaf uses the Swiss Water Process. Like decaffeinated coffee generally, it can still contain a small amount of caffeine.
Are the tasting notes added flavours?
No. Notes such as chocolate, citrus or praline describe the character of the coffee itself. They help you choose the sort of cup you enjoy.
